The application TurnoCNP (hereinafter, "the Application"), developed by VultureSoft (hereinafter, "the Developer"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our mobile application.

2. Data We Collect

To provide roster management, synchronization, and backup functionalities, the Application may collect or process the following types of data:

A. Account and Registration Data

• Unique User Identifier (ID).
• Email address (necessary for identification and backup recovery).
• Display Name (optional, for the shared groups functionality).

B. Shift and Calendar Data

• Information regarding your work shifts (schedules, shift types, personal notes).
• This data is stored locally on your device. If you use the "Shared Groups" or "Backup" features, it is securely transmitted to our servers or your personal Google Drive account.

C. Device Information

• Device model and operating system version (Android/iOS).
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for sending push notifications regarding changes in shared groups.

3. Device Permissions and Specific Usage

The Application requests certain sensitive permissions to function. Below we explain why they are necessary:

Calendar (READ_CALENDAR, WRITE_CALENDAR)

• Purpose: The Application includes a "Calendar Sync" feature allowing you to export your work shifts to your device's native calendar (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Usage: The Application only writes events related to your shifts and only reads events that the Application itself has created to avoid duplicates. We do not read, share, or analyze your personal events outside of TurnoCNP.

Google Drive (File Access/App Data)

• Purpose: To allow the user to create and restore data backups in their own cloud storage.
• Usage: The Application uses Google Drive APIs to upload a database file to a private folder or one visible only to the app. We do not have access to other files stored in your Google Drive.

Notifications

• Purpose: To receive alerts about shift updates in shared groups or important system notices.

4. Sharing Functionalities (Backend)

If you use the "Shared Groups" feature to view or share shifts with colleagues:

• Data regarding shifts associated with the group is sent to our secure servers (https://mycomunidad.es/TurnoCNP/).
• This information is used exclusively to synchronize shifts among authorized group members.
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent before including third-party personal data in notes or descriptions.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application uses trusted services to operate and maintain infrastructure:

• Google Firebase: For authentication, databases, and notification delivery.
• Google Drive API: For personal backup management.
• Google Play Billing: For managing Premium subscriptions and in-app payments.

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including the use of secure connections (HTTPS/SSL) for all communication with our servers and Google/Apple APIs. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local Data: You can delete data stored on your device by uninstalling the application or using the "Clear Data" option in settings.
• Cloud Data (Groups): If you leave a group or delete your account, your associated data will be removed from our servers.
• Backups: You have full control over backups stored in your Google Drive and can manually delete them from your Google account.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Request the rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request the deletion of your data ("right to erasure").
• Object to the processing of your data.
